A woodcut print based on Matsumoto Hoji’s “Frog” design, from Meika gafu which was originally published 1814.
This reproduction was carved and printed by me, using the same techniques which would have been used over 200 years ago to first produce it.

As these prints are made by hand, each one is entirely unique. They may have small areas of misprint, known as 'chatter' - this is simply part of the process and adds individual character to each print, something digital printing cannot replicate.
